The work comprehends the conduction of the project both scientifically and administratively on behalf of the Commission. In detail it will comprehend:
  • Planning and organisation of meetings, annual as well as coordinating meetings and the mid-term review
  • Coordinating and editing scientific and administrative reports to the Commission.
  • Ensuring that partners will work together in accordance with the overall objectives
  • Coordination with proposal that addresses other tasks of call FP6-2005-SSP-5-B-INFLUENZA
  • Auditing the progression of activities that are pivotal to progress of other deliveries and milestones.
